Q: How long will it take to get the products?

 

A: For most products, we'll be able to ship the products within 2 to 3 working days starting from the date of receipt of your order and payment (We do not ship on weekends or German holidays). Depending on the destination it can take up between 1 day to 2 weeks.

 

Q: How can I purchase your items?

 

A: Businesses can call, email or fax us directly with the orders, all item numbers are on our digital catalogs and on our website. We do not sell directly to the private consumer, we deal directly with distributors and retailers.

 

Q: How much is the freight cost and which freight do you use?

 

A: It varies with the products (weight and size), ordered quantity, packing method, shipping method and delivery destination. We use DHL and German Post as our primary shipper, most international, EU and local orders will be process with DHL or German post for local orders.

 

Q: Why does my bill or final invoice arrive a few day later?

 

A: Due to us getting the exact freight/shipping cost to input onto your final invoice we send out the products right away after we get the shipping and handling fee, we later annotate the shipping and handling fee into your final invoice which we send off 2-3 business days later, at the same time giving you some additional days before the due payment deadline.

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

 

A: We do not accept Credit Card and Cash Check. We accept bank to bank wired payment, we also accept paypal payment for most international orders. Paypal surcharge applies.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer for your products?

 

A: Free replacement for any defect or damage products; return shipping fee is on the purchaser, we do not refund or replace any products that has already been used or damaged from normal wear and tear. More info.
